Why visit Kunming Museum
The Kunming City Museum features a bright and spacious main hall with the Buddhist stone pillar of Dali Kingdom of the Song Dynasty as a centerpiece, a piece that has been named the treasure of ancient Chinese sculpture art. It is also known as the Buddhist pillar of Dizang Temple as it is located on the former site of Dizang Temple, and is also more commonly known as simply, "antique".
